Delivery

Last date for Orders despatched by courier is Sunday 19th @ 5pm. Orders after 5 will not be processed till Jan 2nd. Local deliveries & In Store collections continue till December 23rd @ 6pm.

We aim to dispatch all orders next day, to be with you within 3-5 working days. We are currently only delivering to Ireland. You will be advised of any delay if any item is temporarily out of stock.

Our delivery charges are as follows:
Orders under €60.00 - €5.00
Orders over €60.00 – FOC., with the exception of oversized or bulky items. We will notify you of such items before payment.
Free local delivery, within a 10km radius.

Returns and Exchange Policy

14 day no quibble returns policy.
At Serenity Giftware, we are aware that not all purchases online are what you might have expected. In that case, you can exchange or return any item that you are not happy with. We ask that you return the item to us within 14 days, in its original packaging and condition.
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we do not exchange earrings. For a returns form, please contact us on (057) 93 64687 or email: info@serenitygiftware.com and we will be happy to email you the form.
We will offer you a replacement or full refund for the price paid for the item. We cannot refund returned delivery charges. When returning goods to us, it is your responsibility to ensure that they arrive back to us in saleable condition; otherwise we cannot offer a refund. Therefore we ask you to insure your goods when returning them through An Post or a courier company. Items can also be returned directly to our store.
In the unlikely event that the item you receive is incorrect or damaged, please contact us at info@serenitygiftware.com or contact us on (057) 93 64687 and we will arrange a replacement.
